4 Ingredient Sugar Free Granola Recipe

The last week or so, I've been consciously trying to lower my added sugar intake and let me tell you...it is HARD. I've mainly just been avoiding adding EXTRA sugar, but still eating some thing with sugar already in them. Saying that, I wanted to create a quick, sugar-free recipe for anyone trying to lower their sugar intake as well because it really is a challenge to find low sugar granola anywhere!
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg white
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Beat egg white with an electric mixture until soft peaks form then, fold vanilla into the mixture
In a separate bowl, mix together the oats and cinnamon
Fold egg whites into oat mixture
Spread onto a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
This granola is the perfect topping for yogurt or smoothie bowls! In my yogurt bowl, I added cooked blueberries and some sunflower seed butter to enjoy a blueberry pie-esque breakfast!
